Web store software
Our webshop was developed with software from WooCommerce, we chose Siteground for our web hosting. Personal data that you make available to us for the benefit of our services will be shared with this party. SiteGround has access to your data to provide us (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. SiteGround is obliged to take appropriate security measures based on the agreement we have concluded with them. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Backups are made regularly to prevent data loss.

Email and mailing lists
We use the Mollie platform to handle (part of) the payments in our webshop. Mollie processes your name, address and residence details and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and to share (anonymised) data with third parties. All the above mentioned safeguards with regard to the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Mollie’s services for which they engage third parties. Mollie does not store your data for longer than allowed by the legal terms.
We collect reviews via the WebwinkelKeur platform and through voluntary partnerships with consumers / influencers / bloggers / companies. We have the right to post certain reviews on the site, with clear, explicit consent from the consumer / influencer / blogger / company. Shipping and logistics
QLS Fulfillment EXAMPLE: When you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of QLS Fulfillment to carry out the deliveries. Exact We use the services of Exact to keep track of our administration and accounting. We share your name, address and residence details and details regarding your order. External sales channels
Bol.com We sell (part of) our articles via the Bol.com platform. If you place an order via this platform, Bol.com will share your order and personal data with us. Purpose of the data processing
General purpose of the processing – We only use your data for the purpose of our services. This means that the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the assignment you provide. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing. If you share data with us and we use this data to contact you at a later time – other than at your request – we will ask you for explicit permission. Your data will not be shared with third parties, other than to meet accounting and other administrative obligations. These third parties are all bound to secrecy on the basis of the agreement between them and us or an oath or legal obligation.
Automatically collected data
Data that is automatically collected by our website is processed with the aim of further improving our services. This data (for example your IP address, web browser and operating system) is not personal data.
Participation in tax and criminal investigations
Where appropriate, Fleeck may be obliged to share your data in connection with government tax or criminal investigations on the basis of a legal obligation. In such a case we are forced to share your data, but we will oppose this within the possibilities that the law offers us.
We keep your data as long as you are a client of ours. This means that we keep your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you indicate this to us, we will also regard this as a request to forget. Based on applicable administrative obligations, we must keep invoices with your (personal) data, so we will keep this data for as long as the applicable term runs. However, employees no longer have access to your client profile and documents that we have produced as a result of your assignment.
Retention of personal data
fleeck.com does not process and store your personal data longer than necessary. This is at least during the registration of the newsletter. The data from the quality mark register, the customer reviews and data related to disputes are kept by us for at least seven years. Your personal data used when registering for the newsletter will be deleted when you unsubscribe from the newsletter. We store the personal data in a secure database on a server located in the Netherlands.
